Crostata di Zucca

Pumpkin pie?? Crostata di Zucca!



Here is the facile recipe~ 

Uova - 2 
Zucca - 398 mL
Zucchero - 1 cup
Ground Cinnamon - 1 tsp 
Ground Nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
Ground Ginger - 1/4 tsp
Sale - 1/4 tsp
Latte - 3/4 cup

Mix all together, put it in a crust, bake in 425 degrees for 15 min and reduce to 350 for 30 min and presto! Your filling for a simple crostata di zucca~! Yumm
